Biography

Munich’s own Anne Schäfer is a classic beauty with an impressive acting resume in her home country. After studying acting at the Zurich University of Arts, the actress spent several years performing on the German stage before making her way to movies and television. On the big screen, she starred as Maria in Cindy Does Not Love Me (2010), as Jasmin in Jasmin (2011), and as Charlotte von Kalb in Beloved Sisters (2014), a period piece that shows what happens when those corsets are way too tight and there’s a lot of frolicking involved—yes, those big, round breasts eventually pop out over the top (and Anne has quite the poppers to peep). For the next several years, the alluring actress focused on TV, with a regular role as Sylvia in Add a Friend from 2012-2014, as Sophia Mückerberg in Cologne P.D. from 2013-2016, and as Regina von Ott in the TV movie Wenn Frauen ausziehen (2017). In 2018, she took a turn as the character Nicki in the movie Hot Dog (2018), an action comedy about rescuing an ambassador’s daughter (and not an ode to the classic and delicious weiner). The notable female also starred in the ever-popular television series Tatort as Marion Kretschmar in 2009, and again in 2018; as Paula Hanke in Never Too Late for Justice in 2018; in the TV movie Der Wunschzettel (2018) as Pauline Schwebe; as Constanze Bergmann in Lena Lorenz in 2019; played Diana in Hindafing and Rebecca Stein in the movie When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit, both in 2019; starred in the mini-series Bad Banks (2020) as Cathrin Simon; and played the recurring role of Fina Valent in multiple episodes of Barcelona Crime in 2017 and again in 2020. But no matter how modern she gets, Mr. Skin will always be thankful to Anne for her way with corsets.
